He is Chairman of DEC Engineering & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and has held positions earlier as Committee Member in CII Panel for Logistics, Western Circle and Panel for Small & Medium Industries, Western Circle. He is a Commerce graduate with advanced specialization in Finance & Marketing.
He is also Managing Director of Mysore Ammonia Group of Companies, which commenced operations in 1962.
It was the first in India to start a Cylinder filling Plant for Ammonia in 1979 and in 1984 was the first to start a Liquor Ammonia manufacturing Plant.
Currently it is the largest Ammonia Distributor and Ammonia solution Manufacturer in the Indian Ocean region.

He is a BE(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from M.S Ramaih Institute of Technology, Bangalore having over two decades of experience in Project implementation including major Site fabrication and erection activities covering structurals, piping and equipments. Has held strategic position for Business development and Project implementation activities for PTPL (Process Technologists Pvt. Ltd.), a leading EPC Contractor.
